4, after the boot, first check whether the switch is normal and reliable, whether the cutting knife is sharp, and then test the knife three times, observe whether there is a knife, if found problems, should be eliminated in time; Check whether the connection of the paper cutting machine is loose, whether the protection device is faulty, etc., to ensure that the machine runs in a zero fault state.
2. Safety precautions in operation
1, before starting, the operator must remind the partner or other personnel to pay attention to safety, confirm that there is no danger before starting;
2, before starting the machine, you must pay attention to the surrounding environment, whether someone is doing other work on the machine;
3, the operator in the cutting process, other personnel shall not touch the switch, so as not to cause machine misoperation;
4, when the machine is running, the mind must be concentrated, and it is strictly prohibited to do things unrelated to their duties, so as not to distract their energy. No two people are allowed to operate the paper cutter at the same time.
5. Before cutting, the operator must check whether the paper cutter is normal or not, and then try to cut a few knives to confirm the normal performance of the machine before continuing to operate;
6, the operator in the process of machine operation, should closely monitor the state of the machine is normal, when there is noise, do not fall knife and other phenomena, must immediately stop the operation, and report to the relevant personnel to find out the fault, after the fault is removed to restart the operation
