The transmission mechanism is connected with a servo or variable frequency motor to make it run stably and accurately control the position of the coating mechanism.
Before coating, a clean, stretched mesh panel is loaded from the front of the automatic precision coater, and some models can also be loaded from the side. In large model frames, side loading is more common because the mesh frame is large and heavy, and side loading can reduce the amount of lifting and moving. Loading plates from the side is even more convenient when the automatic precision coater and other automatic screen handling equipment, such as cleaning equipment, recycling equipment, drying equipment and developers, are running online.
No matter how the screen is mounted, once the screen is in the correct position, the pneumatic clamp or mechanical clamp shuts down to lock the screen. To make operation even easier, many models have pedals to control the movement of the clip, allowing the operator to release their hands to control the screen. After installing the screen board, the corresponding photosensitive emulsion is injected into the automatic precision coater and the coating is started. Depending on the function of the control system and the device, the device can simultaneously coat both sides of the screen.
