Coating machine cleaning points

1. After shutdown, the metering part should be cleaned in time to ensure that the tray and turntable are cleaned each shift, so that they are not corroded.

2. For the heat sealer, it should be cleaned frequently to ensure that the texture of the seal is clear.

3. The photoelectric tracking light-emitting head, that is, the electric eye, should also be cleaned regularly to reduce the error of cursor tracking.

4. The material scattered on the tray should be cleaned in time to keep the machine clean.

5. Regularly clean the dust in the electric control box to prevent bad contact and other faults.

The coating machine needs fixed personnel to operate the packaging machine and equipment, and can master the boot, bag making procedures, simple instrument debugging, change parameters, etc. Working procedure, operation mode, working state, troubleshooting and handling of common faults; It is strictly forbidden to operate the computer instrument of the coater without personnel. ‍
