1、 Installation steps of tape slitter
1. When pressing down the base of the machine base, first level it with shims. The deviation of unevenness in each direction shall not exceed 0.1mm per meter. After the machine is completely dry, it must be installed and commissioned. Tighten the foundation bolts.
2. During installation and disassembly, when lifting the work roll and precision machined parts, the wire rope shall not directly contact the machined surface, and the felt pad shall be paved to avoid scratches.
3. During installation, all contact surface seals and bolt connection surfaces shall be coated with a thin layer of grease.
4. Tighten all fastening bolts and foundation bolts symmetrically.
