1. The overall installation accuracy is low,
Solution: If the installation center of each component deviates from the design center line of the whole machine or has an included angle with the design center, the foil strip will be seriously wrinkled, and the installation center must be adjusted.
2. The parallelism between rolls is out of tolerance, which will cause the foil strip to wrinkle,
Solution: carefully check whether the vertical projection plane is not parallel or the horizontal plane is not parallel, and then adjust it.
3. The roughness of the roll surface is out of tolerance, the roll surface is not smooth enough, and the foil strip will be wrinkled when there is obvious processing texture,
Solution: Ask the manufacturer to replace it.
4. The back roll and each pass roll are stuck with foreign matters or washed with too much water and isopropanol,
Solution: It is necessary to check frequently, find and clean in time, and pay attention not to damage the roll surface.
5. The foil strip joint is poor, and the pole piece is wrinkled when the tension on both sides of the foil strip is unbalanced,
Solution: First adjust the tension adjusting roller under the coating head, and then adjust the adjusting roller to the original state after the foil belt is gradually stabilized.
6. When the gap between the two ends of the back roll and the coating roll is inconsistent when they are close to each other, the pole piece is wrinkled.
Solution: Whether the first side or the second side is coated, the gap should be adjusted carefully. First, the gap should be appropriately expanded, and then slowly reduced. At the same time, observe the dial indicator scale when the coating roller just contacts the foil strip, and then reduce the gap by 0.03mm.
7. When the deviation correction system is abnormal, the pole plate will also be wrinkled. Check whether the front and rear three deviation correction systems are in automatic state.
Solution: The length of both sides of the foil strip is inconsistent, that is, when the sickle is bent too large, the pole plate will wrinkle, which exceeds the deviation correction ability, so the foil must be replaced.
8. When the tension of the pole piece is too large, the pole piece is wrinkled.
Solution: Check whether the tension setting value is reasonable. Then check whether the rotation of each driving roll and winding and unwinding roll is flexible, and timely handle the inflexible rolls.
9. When the opening stroke of the back roll is inconsistent, the pole piece is wrinkled.
Solution: The machine maintenance personnel shall check, confirm and adjust. After the back roll and the coating roll are pulled apart, the gap on both sides is 1mm (see the dial indicator). When the trailing is qualified, lock the nut.
10. The rubber roll surface of the back roll will undergo periodic elastic deformation during reuse,
Solution: When a certain degree of deformation remains, wrinkles will also occur, and new products must be replaced.
11. The parallel state of each roll is damaged due to the looseness of the fastening screw of a roll, and wrinkling will occur at this time.

Solution: As long as it is found in time, it can be adjusted and fastened in time.
